WHO AM I ?

I am currently working in a town in Normandy. Within this community, I hold a versatile position. Firstly, responsible for information, print and digital communication, I develop, assess and adapt communication media for events. I design, write and distribute communication media (brochures, posters, guides, bulletins, press releases and announcements, newsletters, etc.). For this, I use and master the graphics chain and various office and DTP / CAD software (PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, INDESIGN, QUARKXPRESS, etc.). I maintain press communication and media relations (press release and press kit, press point, ... etc.). I am in charge of the management of the communication plan and put in place strategies to achieve the objectives.
Then, my mission as Cultural Mediator allows me to organize, plan and install activities and cultural events. Discussions with artists. Management of rooms and monitoring of the cultural budget. Promotions, mailing and press relations. I organize and set up activities and various cultural events for different audiences.
Within the municipality, I also hold the position of Digital Mediator and Multimedia Animator. Responsible for the Digital Public Space, I train adults and children in the use of IT tools and the discovery of digital technology. I help to master digital tools. I organize mediation actions and ensure the day-to-day maintenance of hardware and software. I know and handle different operating systems, provide IT intelligence, etc. To be able to respond to all of these assignments, I demonstrate rigor, organization and I must have a sense of priorities.

Each of the activities offered within the municipality is the result of work carried out throughout the year made up of contacts, meticulous preparation work and essential administrative tasks. This shadow work, since it is precisely invisible, is very important although we are not always aware of its density. Indeed, to design an event, once the theme has been determined, you have to choose the company, set the dates, check the financial conditions, define the necessary equipment, assess the technical constraints, check the logistical constraints, ... etc.
